Paige writes about wine and travel for Northshore Magazine, The SOMM JOURNAL, Elysian Magazine, Edible Boston, as well various global publications. She has worked as the Boston trade liaison for global public relations and marketing firms, whose focus is food and wine, and she has traveled extensively in France, Italy and Spain.
Currently completing the Diploma with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, Paige has a Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, with studies at Paris-Sorbonne, France. She has studied photography and drawing at The School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University, Boston.
About wine, Farrell shares: I take a classic approach to wine, which is to say an affinity for Old World wines, and I certainly consider wine an art, a form of poetry, and a muse, a portal to the mysteries and evocations of language. Elegance and grace are important qualities to me, and this is my approach to selecting wine be it for a restaurant, retailer, private client-or myself.
Paige Farrell lives on Cape Ann, in Massachusetts.
